Excellent for walking, bird watching or relaxing.Situated on the slopes of Wenlock Edge five miles from the small town of Church Stretton. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Don't expect any traffic noise or street lighting and the nightlife is left to the badgers and owls! There is plenty of walking in the area; for the more ambitious the 87 mile long Jack Myton Way is just up the hill. Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth and the Ironbridge Gorge are all within 15 miles of the cottage making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
Tucked away on the slopes of Wenlock Edge, our comfortable cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Besides being ideal for walking, cycling and birdwatching, the historic towns of Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and Bridgnorth are nearby. Warm and comfortable cottage all on one level, Beautiful and peaceful location, Welcoming and friendly hosts, Bridleway and footpaths close by, Easy access to the Longmynd and south Shropshire hills, Large garden to relax in, Ideal base for birdwatchers, walkers and cyclists.

Directions
From Church Stretton take the B4371 to Much Wenlock. At Wall-Under-Heywood take the 2nd right after the pub (The Plough) It is on a sharp bend. Take the 1st left to Rushbury. Go past the church and down the hill, go past the two houses and take the next right. Lily Wood Cottage is at the end of the lane.
