Eyton on Severn

Eyton on Severn is a small village within Shropshire. Its name is pronounced 'Eye ton on Severn' and it sits on a ridge above the northern bank of the river Severn.

There is a small horse racing track on which races are held, mostly on Bank Holidays and other special occasions.

The nearby village of Wroxeter is only one mile north-west of the village.
