This rambling 19th century farmhouse offers a blissful retreat in glorious countryside on the Shropshire/Staffordshire borders. The ideal location for mid-week business accommodation or perfect for a relaxing break.
With a roaring log fire and cosy Aga, a warm welcome is guaranteed on our family run dairy farm. Sara and Phil are friendly hosts who are keen to share their love of the countryside and local knowledge. They will do their utmost to make you feel 'at home' during your stay.
We are well-known for our delicious home-cooked breakfasts made from local produce, served in our period dining room or in the garden on sunny mornings.
Spacious, comfortable rooms (either en-suite or with private bathroom) with television, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. A wireless internet connection is also available.
Relax and enjoy walks through the grassy meadows to the beautiful bluebell woods and sunflower fields, right on our doorstep. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of our beautiful, landscaped garden or take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool.
For business customers we are in easy reach of Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Harper Adams University College, Newport Showground, Weston Park, Telford and Wolverhampton.
Visit nearby medieval Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Bridgnorth, and the Ironbridge World Heritage Site.
Take the family to Cosford Royal Air Force Museum, Hawkstone Park and Follies, Alton Towers or Shugborough stately home. Enjoy a walk up the Wrekin or hire a day boat for a trip along the nearby Shropshire Union Canal.
For the golf enthusiast, local course include Shifnal, Hawkstone Park, Lilleshall, Patshull Park, The Wrekin, Brockton and Ingestre.
