National Award for Service Excellence Given to Eaton Manor
Congratulations to Eaton Manor who are over-joyed to have been awarded the 2015 VisitEngland ROSE award, in recognition of Service Excellence.
Staff Nichola and Laura accepted the award from VisitEngland at a special ceremony in London on 20th October.
This is a new national award and will be given annually to only 100 VisitEngland quality assessed accommodation businesses that go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. VisitEngland assesses over 24,000 accommodation businesses each year!
VisitEngland state that Eaton Manor was chosen following an annual quality assessment and observations of the assessor, as well as other evidence being taken into account, including online customer reviews and innovation that sets the business apart, to include facilities or services offered to make the customer’s stay really special.
Eaton Manor has been established in the industry for over 14 years and now work with over 30 local businesses in a collaborative approach to providing guests with a full package experience during their stay, either for holidays, celebrations, business meetings or events.
Eaton Manor are proud to have a fantastic in-house team and to work with all of these local businesses as well, and feel this award is testament to everyone’s hard work.
