Ironbridge Holiday Cottages are a pair of beautifully restored, self-catering cottages, dating back to 1650, the time of the English Civil War, and are amongst the oldest buildings in the historical Ironbridge Gorge, right in the heart of Shropshire.
Lower house dates from the early 17th century and is situated on a quiet country lane amongst the hills of the Welsh borders. There is excellent walking from the house and lots of interesting places to visit in the area.
Making holidays accessible. The Wharf Cottage dates back to the 19th century and two separate chalets being added later. A total of 8 people can be accommodated, with beds for 10, the chalets having bathrooms suitable for people with disabilities. The wharf sits in its own spacious grounds with private car park.

It can accommodate both families and older people as there are facilities both down and upstairs and although it makes an excellent base for exploring, walking and cycling or visiting friends and families, the garden offer tempting opportunities for both relaxation and play. There is plenty of space for parking at the front of the house. Free WiFi is available.
